By accessing and using tonightin.app ("the Site"), operated by Tonight In ("we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. What We Provide

Tonight In is a free event discovery platform for the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. We aggregate and display event information from public sources, ticket providers, and venue websites. We provide links to third-party ticket providers and venues for purchasing tickets or obtaining additional information.

  • Event details (dates, times, venues, prices) are sourced from public APIs and web scraping
  • We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee all information is current or error-free
  • We are not ticket sellers. All ticket purchases are handled by third-party providers

3. Accuracy of Information

While we make every effort to keep event listings accurate and up-to-date, event details can change without notice. We recommend verifying event information directly with the venue or ticket provider before attending. We are not responsible for:

  • Canceled, postponed, or rescheduled events
  • Incorrect venue addresses, times, or pricing
  • Sold-out events shown as available
  • Third-party website content or availability

4. Affiliate Links & Advertising

Tonight In may earn commissions through affiliate links to ticket providers such as SeatGeek and Ticketmaster. We also display advertisements through Google AdSense. These relationships do not affect which events we display or how we rank them. See our Affiliate Disclosure for full details.

5. User Conduct

When using tonightin.app, you agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to scrape, hack, or disrupt our service
  • Reproduce or redistribute our content without permission
  • Misrepresent your affiliation with Tonight In
  • Submit false or misleading information through our contact form

6. Intellectual Property

The Tonight In name, logo, design, and original content are owned by Tonight In. Event images, venue logos, and third-party content remain the property of their respective owners. Our event data compilations and website code are protected by copyright.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tonight In is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to losses related to event attendance or ticket purchases.
